
Salsa Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken breasts
- 15 oz can of black beans
- 15 oz can of corn
- 15 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz jar of salsa
- 1 oz taco seasoning
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook 6 hours on low.
- Shred chicken and serve over rice, over baked potatoes, in tortillas, over tortilla chips.
