Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup oats
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 ¼ tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 ½ cups buttermilk
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
