Chocolate Chip Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ⅔ cup Wondra flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt Baker's chocolate and butter in 8" square pan over very low heat. Remove pan from heat.
  2. With fork, mix in eggs, vanilla, sugar, flour and salt.
  3. Clean sides of pan with spatula.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips.
  5. Bake at 350˚ for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cool and cut into squares.
