Quick and easy scalloped potatoes.

Quick Scalloped Potatoes


4 Potatoes Peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
1/2 Cup onion chopped
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Cups milk
1/2 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
paprika to taste


  1. Place potatoes, onion, and butter in a large microwave-safe dish.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl; sprinkle over potatoes and gently toss until vegetables are coated.

  3. Pour milk over the potatoes.

  4. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  5. Cook in the microwave on high setting until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle potatoes with shredded cheeseĀ and paprika.

  7. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
