Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
1/2 Cups oats
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 1/2 Cups buttermilk
6 Tbsp butter
2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
